5 Years of Dominance: The St John’s College Volleyball Team That’s About to Make History

National champions Saint John’s College, who have won the last four consecutive National High Schools Volleyball Tournaments, are on their way to make history once again as they take part in this year’s tournament starting on Friday.

The team, who will be fighting for its fifth consecutive title, are considered one of the top contenders in the tournament. The Saint John’s College volleyball team has been on a phenomenal run in the National High Schools Volleyball Tournament, winning the past four championships.

Since their first victory in 2020, the team has enjoyed a mix of triumph and experience, adding valuable skills and knowledge over the years. As they head into the fifth-anniversary year of their first win, the new generation of the team appears ready to make another footprint on the championship board.

John’s College has held the championship title in various events for several decades. But in volleyball, the story has been different, and since 2020, when Saint John’s won its first national volleyball championship, it has regained its dominance not only in Belize District but in the entire country.

This year’s Volleyball Tournament promises to be intense. As Saint John’s College sets their aim to win for the fifth consecutive time, their opponents will be on the lookout to prevent the team from making history. Given the determination and practice, Saint John’s College has consistently proven itself and remains a team to look out for as the games begin.
