Big Tech Brawl: Google Gets a Surprise Reprieve in Android App Store Overhaul

A US federal judge in California has issued a stay on the order that would have forced Google to overhaul its Android app store, Google Play, by November 1st. The original order aimed to give consumers more freedom in choosing how to download software from the platform.
