No. 24 Missouri pulled off an incredible comeback against Oklahoma on Saturday, scoring two touchdowns in the final 63 seconds to steal a 30-23 win in Columbia, Mo.
The Tigers appeared to be heading for a tough loss, but they turned the game around in stunning fashion, thanks in large part to Zion Young's heroics.
With just over a minute remaining, Young returned a fumble 17 yards for a touchdown, a play that will be remembered for a long time.
The fumble was forced by Missouri's defense, which came up big when it mattered most. The ball was picked up by Young, who showed off his speed and agility by weaving past Oklahoma defenders and making his way into the end zone.
The crowd at Faurot Field went wild as Young scored the go-ahead touchdown, capping off an incredible finish to the game.
Oklahoma had appeared to be in control for much of the contest, but the Tigers' defense came up big late, holding the Sooners to just three points in the fourth quarter.
Missouri's offense also showed signs of life in the second half, with quarterback Brady Cook leading the way. Cook had a solid game, throwing for a pair of touchdowns and helping to engineer the game-winning drive.
The win was a major boost for Missouri, which moves to 7-2 on the season. The Tigers are now in a strong position to challenge for the Big 12 Conference title, although they will face tough tests in the coming weeks.
Oklahoma, on the other hand, fell to 6-3 and will look to bounce back from the heartbreaking loss.
