Kaley Cuoco's Dark Family Secret is Exposed in Based On A True Story Season 2

October 25, 2024

Based on a True Story is coming back for its second season and this time it's bigger and more dramatic than ever. The Peacock comedy thriller series is set to return on November 21 with all eight episodes available at once, giving viewers a chance to binge-watch the entire season in one sitting.

The show follows Ava Bartlett (played by Kaley Cuoco) and her husband Nathan (played by Chris Messina) as they navigate the ups and downs of marriage and parenthood. But this is no ordinary family drama - Ava and Nathan are serial killers who get their kicks from offing people and hiding their dark secrets from their loved ones.

In the first season of Based on a True Story, Ava and Nathan got away with murder (literally), but things are about to get a whole lot more complicated in season two. With a new baby in the picture, Ava and Nathan are going to have to figure out how to balance their love of killing with their love of parenthood.

But that's not the only challenge they'll be facing. As the new trailer for season two reveals, Ava and Nathan are set to welcome a new member into their family - a man who may or may not have a dark secret of his own.

The trailer shows Ava and Nathan preparing for the arrival of a new addition to their family, but things quickly take a dark turn when they realize that their new loved one may be hiding something from them. Will Ava and Nathan be able to keep their dark secret safe, or will their new family member expose them for the serial killers they are?

Based on a True Story season two is shaping up to be just as twisted and twisty as the first season, with plenty of laughs, thrills, and chills along the way. With its unique blend of humor and horror, this show is sure to appeal to fans of shows like Dexter and Santa Clarita Diet.

So mark your calendars for November 21 and get ready to dive back into the twisted world of Based on a True Story. And don't worry - as always, Ava and Nathan will be on hand to guide you through the ups and downs of marriage, parenthood, and serial killing.
