Pacers Stun Warriors with Thrilling Finish as Myles Turner Sinks Game-Sealing Three

December 24, 2024

Myles Turner made a 3-pointer from the top of the arc with 16 seconds left and had 23 points and 10 rebounds, Pascal Siakam added 20 points and the Indiana Pacers beat the Golden State Warriors 111-105 on Monday night.

The Pacers were down by two points with just over a minute left to play, but Turner stepped up and hit a clutch three-pointer to put his team ahead. The Warriors had a chance to tie the game, but they were unable to convert on their next possession.

Turner was the star of the show for the Pacers, hitting 9-17 shots from the field, including 3-6 from three-point range. He also grabbed 10 rebounds and blocked two shots. Siakam was also impressive, scoring 20 points on 8-14 shooting from the field.

The Warriors were led by Stephen Curry, who scored 32 points on 11-22 shooting from the field. However, the Warriors were unable to overcome the strong performance by Turner and the Pacers.

The win was a big one for the Pacers, who are trying to make a push for the playoffs. They have now won three straight games and are starting to gain momentum. The Warriors, on the other hand, have lost two straight and are looking to get back on track.

The game was a back-and-forth affair, with both teams trading baskets throughout the night. However, it was the Pacers who came out on top in the end, thanks to the clutch shooting of Turner.

Turner's three-pointer with 16 seconds left was the biggest shot of the game, and it gave the Pacers a 108-105 lead. The Warriors had a chance to tie the game, but they were unable to hit a shot.

The Pacers then hit three free throws in the final seconds to seal the win. The Warriors were forced to foul to try and extend the game, but the Pacers were able to hit their free throws and come away with the victory.

The win was a big one for the Pacers, and it moves them into a tie for seventh place in the Eastern Conference. They will look to keep their winning streak alive on Wednesday night when they take on the Boston Celtics.
