Rachael Ray is known for her bubbly personality and mouthwatering recipes on her TV show, but recent reports suggest that behind closed doors, she's dealing with some serious drama in her marriage.
In a shocking revelation, sources close to the celebrity chef have opened up about the tension brewing between Rachael and her husband, John Cusimano. It seems that the couple's relationship has been put to the test, and Rachael has been struggling to keep her emotions in check.
'Rachael gets really angry when things don't go her way,' an insider revealed. 'She's had to find ways to calm herself down and manage her stress levels, or else it starts to affect her daily life.'
So, what exactly does the famous cook do to unwind and keep her cool? According to Rachael, she's been practicing yoga and meditation to center herself. 'It's amazing how much of a difference it can make,' she shared in a recent interview. 'When I'm feeling overwhelmed, I take a few deep breaths and remind myself to stay present. It's not always easy, but it's worth it.'
Rachael also credited her cooking with helping her to de-stress. 'Being in the kitchen is like therapy for me,' she confessed. 'It's my happy place where I can focus on creating something delicious and forget about my worries.'
Despite her efforts to manage her stress, sources claim that Rachael's marriage is still under strain. The couple has been married for over 15 years, but lately, they've been growing apart. 'They're not as affectionate as they used to be,' the insider revealed. 'It's like they're just going through the motions of being married, rather than actually connecting with each other.'
Rachael and John have not publicly commented on the state of their marriage, but it's clear that they're facing some challenges. As for Rachael, she seems to be taking her marriage drama in stride and focusing on her own well-being. 'I'm doing okay,' she said when asked about her marriage. 'I'm just taking things one day at a time and trying to stay positive.'
