Shocking Death in Hollyoaks Led to a Jaw-Dropping Career Change

Hollyoaks, the popular Channel 4 soap known for pushing boundaries, has had its fair share of dramatic storylines over the years. Among them is the shocking death of Natasha Andersen, a character played by Shebah Ronay, who rose to fame during the soap's 90s heyday.

Natasha was part of the show's original cast when it premiered in 1995 and quickly captured the hearts of viewers as the beautiful and rebellious twin sister of Anna Green (also known as Anna Andersen at that time). However, the character's time on the show came to a tragic end just a few years later.

Shebah Ronay joined the show as Natasha, originally from Australia, and managed to pull off both German and Australian accents throughout the character's on-screen tenure. The plotline which resulted in her killing featured her death for real.

After leaving Hollyoaks in 1998, Shebah went on to do various other acting projects, including TV dramas like Holby City, comedy drama 'Manchild' and Casualty.
