Street Gospel Movement Takes Over Alagbado Lagos

January 18, 2025

A gospel artiste, Testimony Jaga, through his annual outreach of the Street Gospel Movement of the Love World Film and Arts Department, has touched lives in the streets of Alagbado, Lagos. The Street Gospel Movement, which is an initiative of the Love World Film and Arts Department, aims to take the gospel to the streets and impactful communities through music, drama, and other forms of artistic expressions.

In a statement sent to Saturday Beats, the singer stated that the 24-hour programme tagged, ‘One Jesus, One Church, Hallelujah’ brought spiritual, emotional and physical healing to many of the attendees. The event featured a plethora of activities, including music performances, comedy sketches, dance routines, and a charity giveaway to the less privileged in the community.

The Street Gospel Movement has been a beacon of hope to many in the Alagbado community, providing an opportunity for the residents to experience the transformative power of the gospel in a unique and engaging way. The fact that the event is held on the streets, rather than in a traditional church setting, allows it to reach a wider and more diverse audience, many of whom may not have been exposed to the gospel otherwise.

Testimony Jaga’s passion for spreading the gospel through his music and other artistic expressions is evident in the impact that the Street Gospel Movement has had on the community. His dedication to using his talents to uplift and inspire others is a testament to the power of faith and the importance of sharing it with others.

As the Street Gospel Movement continues to grow and expand its reach, it is clear that it will remain a vital part of the Alagbado community, bringing people together and providing a sense of hope and unity. With its unique blend of music, comedy, and charity, the movement is an excellent example of how the gospel can be shared in a way that is both entertaining and impactful.

The success of the Street Gospel Movement is a reflection of the power of faith and the importance of sharing it with others. It is a reminder that the gospel is not just a message, but a movement that has the potential to transform lives and communities. As Testimony Jaga and the Love World Film and Arts Department continue to spread the gospel through their music and other artistic expressions, it is clear that the Street Gospel Movement will remain a vital part of the Alagbado community for years to come.
