Diwali, the festival of lights, has just gone by, and with it, our resolve to stick to our diets took a backseat. While for many, indulging in festive treats might lead to feelings of guilt and regret, Rohitashv Gour, popularly known as Manmohan Tiwari from the hit TV show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, doesn't feel the same way. In a recent interview, Rohitashv opened up about his approach to detoxing after the Diwali festivities, and it's definitely food for thought.
Rohitashv, who is known for his impeccable comic timing and humorous one-liners on the show, revealed that he doesn't believe in beating himself up over the calories he consumed during Diwali. Instead, he prefers to focus on getting back to his normal routine and diet. "I believe in enjoying life to the fullest, and Diwali is one such time when we can indulge in our favorite treats and cuisines," Rohitashv shared.
When asked about his detox routine, Rohitashv revealed that he starts by drinking plenty of water to cleanse his system. He also makes it a point to exercise regularly, which includes a combination of cardio and weight training. "I believe in taking small steps towards detoxing, rather than trying to make drastic changes to my routine," he added.
Rohitashv, who is a self-proclaimed foodie, also shared some tips on how to indulge in festive treats without overdoing it. "I always make sure to eat in moderation, and I never overeat. I also try to balance my diet with healthy food options," he said.
Rohitashv's approach to detoxing and his attitude towards food are truly inspiring. In a world where everyone is obsessed with staying fit and healthy, his words are a refreshing change. So the next time you feel guilty about indulging in your favorite treats, remember Rohitashv's words of wisdom and try to find a balance in your life.
